Brown butter garlic confit butternut squash ravioli
Ingredients
-butternut squash ravioli
-Salted butter
-Fresh sage
-Garlic confit

Garlic confit
1. Add as much garlic to an oven safe pot.
2. Cover garlic with olive oil.
3. Add herbs of preference
4. Bake at 270°F for 2.5 hours
5. Separate oil from garlic
6. The garlic can stay in the fridge for up to two weeks and you can spread it on toast use it for sauces or salad dressings!


Parisian hot chocolate - 4 small serving or 2 large
Ingredients
-1 1/2 cups of whole milk
-1/2 cup heavy cream
-6 ounces of dark chocolate
-2 teaspoons of powder sugar
-1/2 teaspoon espresso powder
-optional a pinch of sea salt

Chantilly cream
-1 cup cream
-2 TABLESPOONS powder sugar
-1 teaspoon vanilla
