In this video i show how to take a standard hollow core door and make it into a custom size. I ripped 1/8th" plywood into 4" pieces and faced the door to give it a K frame style. Then created a jamb out of 1x material. This method seemed to be the most efficient way for time and cost to get a smooth and warp free door for these small closets.
