The BEST Cajun Honey Butter Salmon Ever!!!

Ingredients:
•1 whole salmon fillet with skin on cut into four portions
•Olive oil
•Salt
•1/2 stick unsalted butter
•Honey
•Cajun Blackened seasoning

Direction:
1. Clean and wash your salmon fillet and cut it into four portions.
2. Drizzle each portion of the salmon with olive oil, sprinkle with salt rub together on both sides.
3. In a small container, mix together Softened butter, along with honey and blackened seasoning. Set aside for later.
4. Sprinkle and rub some Blackened Seasoning on each flesh part of the salmon.
5. Heat cast iron skillet on Med-High heat heat, coat skillet with butter to keep the fillets from sticking to the pan. Place salmon flesh side down and cook for 3 minutes, flip and cook for 3 more minutes. Check the temperature (internal) with a cooking thermometer, when it reaches 145° degrees, your salmon is done. Add: 1 tablespoon of cajun butter to the fillets, spread evenly.
6. Serve with cajun rice and garlic bread bites.
