While visiting Frigiliana, I thoroughly enjoyed my practice space on the rooftop terrace overlooking the picturesque Moorish village dropping off into the Mediterranean. I thought I would share this inspirational space with you in a simple morning stretch. No mat required, just a sense of adventure and gratitude for your body (as always)!
