We unpack the Harvest Right medium freeze dryer. Harvest Right gave us an estimate of 10-12 weeks for delivery but ours was delivered in about 6 weeks. We ordered the upgraded vacuum pump but not the highest end oil-less pump. The pump we ordered was on backorder for an additional 8 weeks so HarvestRight sent us the low end pump at no charge and once our upgraded pump is available they will send it out to us. So far, we are very impressed with the customer service level.
