Hello dear ones, how are you? today I propose a recipe that will amaze you! This quick focaccia, without leavening, has an ingredient that makes it particularly soft. The cooking method also influences giving a particular softness to this dough made without using brewer's yeast. In the video you will see how simple it is to fill it with two truly appetizing types of filling. I'll leave you the ingredient summary and my advice below 👇🏻

🥣Ingredients and tips
300 g of 00 type flour
200 g of beans in a jar
60 g of water
half a teaspoon of salt
instant yeast 8 g
👉For the filling
🧅 1st flavour:
2 red onions (they should be cooked with a drizzle of oil and salt, then well drained of their liquid)
200 g of canned tuna (I choose glass fillets)
3 slices of smoked provola
extra virgin olive oil - parmesan - oregano - breadcrumbs
🥓2nd flavour:
5 slices of smoked provola
150 g of bacon
tomato sauce - parmesan - breadcrumbs - extra virgin olive oil
