Eating Whatever I Catch while Fishing UNDER the docks and around the pilings at a Saltwater Creek! We head out to go saltwater kayak fishing in North Florida to attempt to catch something to catch and cook! We have a bucket full of fiddler crabs and we are going to attempt to catch a species of fish that has been troublesome for us in the past.. sheepshead! A lot of fish would eat a prime bait like fiddler crabs though.. What kind of fish would be around the saltwater creeks and low country backwaters during this time of year?? We attempt to catch clean and cook whatever we hook into.. let's just say things got expensive.. I did not expect for this to happen..
