Today we will show how to make a balloon helicopter. It is also called wind powered flying toy. Actually this helicopter flies by air pressure. When the air inside the balloon is forced out through the helicopter's 3 propellers, the propellers rotate, causing it to rise in the sky.
It looks very attractive and is very easy to make.
