This beautiful gothic revival farmhouse was built around the late 1800s and only abandoned in the last 5 years. The house was abandoned after the tenants refused to pay for a new roof on the home. Sadly the landlord chose to board up and abandon the home instead of replacing the roof. Hopefully something is done soon to save this beautiful home before it falls into disrepair.
