2007 Mini Cooper turbo. showing you where the Fuel Pump, Fuse Relay, and Fuel Rail is located and how to Do it yourself. This car is a crank but no start. Assuming you have gas, if you don't trust the fuel gauge then go get 1 gallon and pour in gas tank. Now first change your fuse Relay to the fuel pump. If still don't work. Next Fuel rail by disconnecting from the "A" High Pressure Fuel pump on the Engine and checking for a good pressure of gasoline, if no. then locate "B" Fuel Pump under rear seat in the car and disconnect the terminal and check the wires for power before removing the fuel pump it self. if good power- then "Disconnect Battery" before removing the "B"fuel pump and replacing it...,....
