The 2023 Toyota Prius Prime ($41,360 starting in Canada, $33,445 in the US), the 2023 Mazda 3 Sport GT Turbo ($39,328 starting in Canada, $33,615 in the US) and the 2023 Subaru WRX ($34,851 starting in Canada, $31,625 in the US) have lined up for a drag race. The Prius is surprisingly quick for how efficient it is, but is it quick enough to take on some turbocharged all-wheel drive competition? The Subaru has the most power at 271 hp, and the Mazda has the most torque at 320 lb ft, but the Prius has some hybrid electrical assistance and a whole lot of heart.
