Cooking recipe and ingredients:

1 handful of raisins.
Top up with cold water for 15 minutes.
50 gr. (3/4 cup) rice flour.
50 gr. (1/2 cup) almond flour.
10 gr. sweetener.
Mix.
130 ml. (1/2 cup) milk.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1 teaspoon of vinegar 9.5%.
Mix.
1 handful of walnuts.
Add raisins.
1 egg.
Mix.
Place baking paper in the bottom of a 14cm diameter roasting pan.
Divide 1 or 2 bananas into pieces.
Place bananas in a frying pan.
Fill bananas with dough.
Cover with a lid.
Cook over low heat for 17-20 minutes.
Check if the cake is cooked with a toothpick.
