The Seegehalli Lake has a lot going for it and its a really nice space to spend time in during the afternoons. Unfortunately, officially it is supposed to be locked up between 9am and 5pm. Of course, the locals have no time for rules like this so they've created openings where it makes sense - but it would be really nice to start seeing design decisions like this being taken by the BBMP themselves.

We filmed this video in November last year on what was probably one of the last rainy days of the year. It's been more than four months now without any water falling from the sky and so enjoy watching Bengaluru on a cool, beautiful, cloudy Saturday afternoon.
