Dear Mazda fans asking for more power out of the Mazda3: it's happening!

For 2021, the compact sedan (and hatchback) is now available with a turbocharged 2.5L four-cylinder engine, good for 250 horsepower and 320 lb.-ft. of torque on 93-octane gas. All-wheel-drive is standard, and the turbo is hooked up to a six-speed automatic. Sorry, manual fans.

The base, turbocharged Mazda3 sedan starts at $32,900, while the hatch is another $1,000. Will it be another Mazdaspeed3? We can't wait to find out.
