We all Judge. Yes all of us.

When you judge yourself you lower your self-worth and self-esteem.
Humans have a natural tendency to compare themselves to others.
This can lead to self-judgment as individual’s measure their own worth, abilities, or achievements against those of others.

When you judge yourself, then you turn on or get angry with yourself for judging yourself, and then judge yourself even more.
It becomes a downwards spiral of negative thinking.
Previous experiences, especially negative ones, can influence self-perception.
Traumatic events, failures, or criticism can create a negative self-image, leading to self-judgment

You can start over thinking and that can lead to depression and anxiety. We want to stop that.

So how do you Stop Judging Yourself ?
The best way to stop judging yourself is to stop judging other people first.
We all judge other people before we even know them, we make assumptions of what people are like by the way people look, dress, move, talk.
We are all unique we all have something that we can do better than the next person.

Self-judgment, when approached with a positive mindset, can be a tool for self-reflection and personal growth.
Evaluating one's actions, behaviours, and choices can lead to insights that foster improvement and development.

When you stop judging others you will stop judging yourself.
