We do realize that we have been deemed an essential service as we service many people in our communities that are required to have reliable transportation, not the least of which are our police and ambulance
services.

That said, we have taken many steps to limit our staff numbers from all departments in our buildings and have paired it down to a very skeleton staff at this time.

Our Sales team are primarily working from home with only a presence in the showroom for immediate needs. We do not have our showroom doors open to walk-in customers and request that all appointments are booked in advance so that we can ensure that your safety, and ours, is in the forefront of our process.

Our Service team likewise is working on an appointment basis only and emergency services vehicles. We are taking every precaution to ensure that we are disinfecting the vehicles before and after servicing. The use of our night drop box is preferable. Please inquire about our door to door pick up and drop off service, *some restrictions apply*.

Overall, our process for interactions have changed to ensure that we are following the government established protocols. Such as but not
limited to: Limiting the number of people in the building, sanitizing of hands upon entry/exit, no shuttle service or rental vehicle assistance at this time, disinfecting of our showrooms-customer areas-all hard surfaces regularly and between each interaction-social distancing.
