He previously worked as their Senior Director of Product Management, leading a team concentrated on B2C CRM, surveys, and core platform. Before joining the Salesforce team he was Director of Product Management at First Data Corporation. He brings to the table deep technical knowledge and business expertise. He is so dedicated to his craft and creating products that go beyond the customers' expectations that he will work tirelessly, day and night until it is up to his very high standards. He also is always sure to back up his ideas and views with rock-solid data and research.
