Bit of a crazy few days! I wound up in the ER with what is called an Artery Dissection, or Aortic Dissection. It was the most pain I've probably ever been in and there is a risk of stroke, which is the main issue.
I'll be on asprin as a blood thinner for at least 4 weeks but likely for a few months as we see if this heals itself, which is pretty common.
I'll also be dealing with a low-grade to possibly severe headache over the next few weeks, which I can take Tylenol for or something stronger if needed.
