Nintendo Made A Special Gamecube That Plays Burned Games | NR Reader

In today’s video, I’ll be taking a look at a unique Gamecube that plays burned games. This device is called the NR Reader and it is a rare piece of Nintendo development hardware (dev kit) with the unique ability to play Nintendo proprietary writeable media called NR discs. Now from the outside, it looks like a regular Gamecube with the exception of the region switch, but in this video I want to teardown and open this device to see what makes it special and unique.
