With over 16 years of experience leading organizations across countries like USA and India, and more in Latin America, Corporate Social Responsibility Consultant and Strategist, Mayuri Misra shares her experiences about working for the socio-economic betterment of the youth in the Kashmir Valley.
She worked with the Northern Command of the Indian Army towards the establishment of the CHINAR 9 JAWAN CLUB, a multi faceted Skill Development node in Baramulla, Jammu & Kashmir, empowering several 100s of young people by aligning CSR initiatives with the state/national priorities for inclusive and sustainable development.

Mayuri Misra was also part of the government team that formulated the rules, regulations and policy-making
framework for the landmark legislation on Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR), in India. Founder & CEO at SHAKTISHI, a boutique Consulting & Advisory firm, she has a progressive 16 years of work experience with leading organizations across countries like USA and India and more in Latin America.
Formerly employed, as an Assistant Director, National Foundation For CSR, Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. At IICA, she was spear heading the CSR knowledge management and have co- authored the national academic content on CSR Legislation for the Government of India.
