Just after 10PM, Monday evening 911 dispatchers received calls of a traffic collision involving a well-known building sign in front of VKCC, a connected workplace community in the city of Irvine.

Upon arrival, firefighter-paramedics discovered a two-vehicle traffic collision with one vehicle, a black Toyota Camry, being flipped upside down into the large VKCC building sign located on the corner of Alton Pkwy and Von Karman Ave. A second vehicle, a white 2-door Toyota car sustained severe damage to the front driver side of the vehicle. The female driver of the white Toyota did not require medical attention at the scene.

Apromiximatly 3 total patients were transported to nearby trauma facilities for further evaluation. The crash is currently under investigation by the Irvine Police Department.
