In this video we're looking at an article from the Telegraph, that says EVs are not selling... Even with big discounts, they just aren't finding buyers. Why is that?

Is it because people are sitting on their hands and not spending money just in case WW3 happens?
Is it because the discounts just aren't big enough?
Is it because the government removed the £5,000 electric vehicle grant?
Or is it just because they are rubbish?
