grandma shows how to make the best biscuits in the entire world. **i've had a lot of folks contact me about the recipe, but grandma says she doesn't measure anything. i should clarify that the amount of self-rising flour doesn't matter. just sift a bunch into a bowl, use equal parts lard and buttermilk (she uses a cup of buttermilk and a handful of lard), make the biscuits like grandma says, pick out any leftover pieces of dough from the flour, then dump the rest of the flour back into your 5 gallon bucket (cause i know y'all all keep flour in a 5 gallon bucket like grandma does) and use it again next time.
