Level - Lost City of Tinnos (Get Medipack in the water room)

This is located in the building with the tall beam of light, which you'll go to during the playthrough. On the upper level, head right past the beam. You need to drop down past the first set of blades below (you'll likely land in the water), then climb onto the ledge above the water, watching out for the other set of blades in the water. From here, go into the crawlspace on your left and follow the tunnel down to find the medipack. The trophy will unlock as soon as you pick it up.
