If you stand for nothing, what do you fall for?

Today we’re talking about core values. How do we get them? How can we embody these words and put them into practice?

I’ll share with you a 3-step exercise to help you build these values. Grab a pen and paper, and let’s start writing down words.

1. Think of the leaders, mentors, and the people that you admire the most
2. Write down adjectives that describe these people
3. Let’s keep, kill, and combine these words

These words become the way a company operates so we have to determine what we stand for!
