Gone were the days when cars were built powerfully despite it came with a small block. Manual transmission is by far the best transmission for epic performance & it gives the best petrol mileage. Due to shortage of resources such as iron and oil globally, car brands have successfully manipulated the masses that the worst gearbox CVT Auto (scooter transmission) is the most reliable & current 1.0 / 1.1 / 1.5 inline 3 (motorcycle kinda small capacity engine) with bolted on flimsy turbos are the best deal for cars.

By the way, here's my (2014 IRIZ 1.3 Manual) standard modified:
1) Full Ackrapovic Exhaust system (Extractor - Muffler end)
2) Drop in racing filter kit
3) Suction duct twin ram air flow
4) 15" x 6.5" wheels
5) Reduced unnecessary weight to aid the power up
