Have you or are you experiencing Anxiety and or Depression. If so, you may be feeling emotional fatigue, difficulty concentrating, forgetfulness, racing thoughts, just feeling out of control. You are not alone. Anxiety and Depression exhaust the mind. In this video, we will explore a simple exercises that is friendly to do independently, with a friend, or a group of people. The exercise helps you focus on what you have control over and what you do not! Knowing what you have control over leaves from for your mind to relax, increasing concentration and decreasing emotional fatigue.

Lastly, but for me most importantly, if that when we have the the Holy Spirit, we have access to the GIFT of the Holy Spirit. In this video, we get to pray together, inviting the Holy Spirit into our hearts!
