► 200 g mascarpone
► 300 g ladyfinger cookies
►3 large eggs
►30 g sugar
► 1 vanilla extract
► a pinch of salt
►2 cups espresso or strong coffee, room temperature
►2-3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours
