If you need to install Windows and can't get an internet connection so you can access your Microsoft account OR if you just want to install Windows with a local account, you can do so fairly easily with a simple command.

Once you get to the point of the installation where it says you do not have an internet\network connection, just press Shift+F10 to open a command prompt and type in this command.
oobe\bypassnro

You can also convert your local account to a Microsoft account if you want to.
