Edmonton , rock and roll legend, Mel Degen appeared with Vickie Moss on the CFRN television program, Sugar Beat, in 1979. From the collection of ex CFRN producer Fred Vos. Mel was known as the lead singer with The Lords and Privilege in the 60's and 70's.
