I would be a LIAR if I said that my habits & routines are always 100% consistent! Usually, after a few weeks, some aspects start to slip. I get busy with school, with YouTube... I'm not taking the time to relax, to cook good food, to move my body, etc.... That's when I need a little *reset day*. Usually my Sunday routine serves as a sort of weekly "maintenance".
