William Micklem is a former Irish National Coach, a sports coach and a coach educator for 50 years, He is a Fellow of the British Horse Society; author of the world's top selling equestrian manual, and designer of the top selling ergonomic bridle, the Micklem bridle. He is a Director of Festina Lente which supports over 400 students each week with intellectual and physical challenges. William created the acclaimed strategies for improving performance, Going Over the EDGE for adults, and The GO! Rules for young people.
