So I finally got everything dialed in as far as I can tell with this Prusa i3 Mk3S+ 3D Printer so that I can start making some obsolete parts with it and decided to test it out with one of our common parts that I know works and should print just fine. A few tweeks here and there and finally got everything working well.

Material - Prusament Polycarbonate - BLACK
Print Settings - 0.2mm / Solid Infil / 275 C Nozzle / 115 C Bed
Adhesive - Magigoo
Print Surface - Textured Spring Steel Sheet
Nozzle - Standard Brass 0.4mm
