Put salmon under three different environments to see the rate of growth of bacteria
1. Just bought it from the supermarket
2. Store in a 4 Celsius degrees refrigerator
3. Under a summer environment of 30 Celsius degree

The two most common pathogenic bacteria found on Sashimi or Sushi are Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Staphylococcus aureus.
Vibrio parahaemolyticus could cause diarrhea, abdominal pain, vomiting and sometimes mild fever.
Staphylococcus aureus is often found on human skin, nasal cavity and hair. Because Sushi and Sashimi are handled by hands, they are easily contaminated by this bacteria. This bacteria will multiply rapidly on food. If eaten, people may experience acute vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal pain.

Conclusions:
Foods rich in protein have a short shelf life. Enjoy while you may.
