✅ Single Family inventory of 3,428 homes available to buyers with 1,046 🏠 homes coming on the market this week.
✅ 948 Single Family homes went under agreement with 593 Single Families 💰 selling for an average price of $857k and a Median Price of $660k.

➡️ Condo Real Estate Market Data Week over Week ⬅️
✅ Condo inventory in Massachusetts on 📅 4/22 was 2,365 condos available to buyers with 517 newly listed condos coming on the market last week.
✅ 448 Condos went under agreement with 262 Condos 💰 selling for an average price of $693k and a Median Price of $542k.
