The Blender Hair system is a powerful tool that can be used in a variety of ways. In this example I have animated it as a jellyfish. Basically I made a sphere and made a "wobble" kind of animation. And after that i attached the hair system.

Here is a bit about Blender and the hair system:

Blender is a powerful 3D creation software that is widely used for creating animations, visual effects, and video games. One of its notable features is its dynamic hair system, which allows users to create realistic and dynamic hair simulations for their 3D models.

The dynamic hair system in Blender works by using a series of physics simulations to create realistic hair movement and interactions with other objects in the scene. Users can create hair strands and shape them using various tools such as the particle edit mode, curve tools, and sculpting brushes. Once the hair is shaped, users can apply the dynamic hair simulation to the strands to create realistic movement and interactions.

To animate in Blender, users can use keyframes to define the movement and positions of their objects over time. This can be done using Blender's built-in animation tools, which include the timeline, the graph editor, and the dope sheet. Users can also use constraints, which are rules that define how objects interact with each other, to create more complex animations.

Blender also has a wide range of tools for character animation, including rigging tools that allow users to create a skeleton structure for their character and weight painting tools that allow users to define how different parts of the character move in response to the skeleton.

Overall, Blender is a powerful tool for creating dynamic hair simulations and complex animations. Its wide range of tools and flexibility make it a popular choice for animators and 3D artists alike.
