During our trip through the United States, we tested the Brinno TLC300 timelapse camera. The camera comes as the BCC300 bundle with a waterproof housing and wall mount.

Normally, you use a timelapse camera to record a construction project. But it's also fun to use the camera for a vlog, a road trip or in nature.

We put the camera on top of the Empire State Building in New York, at the Statue of Liberty and across Manhattan.

We also drove through the desert to Las Vegas and stood the camera at 50 degrees filming near Death Valley.

In Las Vegas, we recorded a nice timelapse of The Sphere and drove across the Formula One circuit that Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton will drive over in November.

In California, we filmed the sunrise over Beverly Hills.

The most beautiful thing we saw on our trip was the Grand Canyon. There, too, we turned on the Brinno TLC300.

In the video, we also tell you what interval we used. If you have a new camera, it is helpful to read the instruction manual carefully, but also to test the camera out. There are quite a few settings you can use, such as night mode, resolution or different types of intervals.

How to make a timelapse video? With our video we explain the best situation to use the camera in.

The music we used is from YouTube.

Evolution of Construction Time Lapse Photography

Revealing Brinno's Next Generation Construction Time Lapse Camera

Brinno’s BCC100 and BCC200 were both very popular amongst the construction community given their ease of use vs. other time lapse cameras. Building on those critical, core concepts, Brinno's continued goal is to eliminate all major roadblocks when dealing with construction time lapse projects. For the first time in Brinno’s history, the first self-developed asic AN20* has been applied to the BCC300, making it the most revolutionary construction time lapse camera to date.

*AN20 is the first ever Brinno self-developed ASIC, with higher computing algorithm and better maintenance effort.
