The iphone 12 is now officially been released. So far, it's received mixed reviews to put it kindly at a time when finances are becoming a concern for a lot of people. Consumers are demanding more bang for their buck.

It's been widely reported recently that fewer people are choosing to upgrade their smart phones and are instead opting to prolong the life of their handheld devices. Either that or they're settling for buying older cheaper models rather than getting the newest releases.

The iPhone 12 combines the designs of the iPhone X and the legendary iPhone 4 and comes out looking and feeling fresh, with 5G, a better screen and improved cameras.
The iPhone 12 marks the biggest change to Apple’s smart phone line since the 2017 iPhone X and feels like greatest hits from the firm’s design teams over the last decade. The iPhone 12, price starts at $799 / £799 / AU$1,349, which is $100 / £70 / AU$150 more than the iPhone 11 range.
Compared with its predecessor, the iPhone 12 has thinner bezels but the same-sized 6.1in screen, making it 4.2mm shorter and narrower, 1.3mm thinner and 32g lighter. Combined with the flatter sides and a grippe coating on the glass back, the iPhone 12 is much easier to hold and use one-handed.

The iphone 12 many have described it as more of the same with few major improvements and a high price point not to mention the controversy of apple not including chargers or ear buds with their latest phones, which seemingly adds insult to injury.

Each of them has its own selling point and the iPhone 12 happens to be the most balanced choice. Not too big, not too small, not too expensive, and not too feature-rich. Iphone 12 has full compatibility with the new MagSafe accessories.

▶️ iPhone 12 new features:
• Slim bezels resulting in smaller body than iPhone 11
• OLED screen with higher resolution and better contrast
• Minor camera upgrades
• Night Mode now available on selfie can ultra-wide cameras
• Magnetic system for the new MagSafe accessories

The iPhone 12 strikes great display, hardware, pretty colors, standard-setting camera, fast Face ID. In fact, it’s kind of hard to recommend spending the extra $200 for the iPhone 12 Pro. The regular 12 just covers everything you might need, minus the 2x telephoto lens.

The new iPhone still has the old Lightning port in the bottom, not the newer and universal USB-C port, and has Apple’s new MagSafe technology. The MagSafe system is a ring of magnets hidden in the back of the phone on to which accessories can snap into alignment; including the MagSafe wireless charger, although you can still use any standard Qi-compatible wireless charger.
