Part 2 of the three part series "I Can See Your House from Taiwan".
Some time ago Open Houses got a bad rap. Studies began to show that fewer and fewer homes were being sold through open houses. BUT THAT HAS CHANGED, primarily because BUYERS HAVE CHANGED. Buyers have been empowered to view and search for homes on their own. They can view a property video on any computer anywhere in the world (see part 1 of I Can See Your House from Taiwan). Once they have done that, they want to see your home in person and without the pressure of an agent, even a trusted agent. By far the best strategy for sellers is to expose the property to as many potential buyers as possible (see part 2 of I Can See Your House from Taiwan).
Because today's buyers are more discerning than they have been in many, many years, they will come back to a home over and over, as they weigh it against other homes in the area.
Just like any product fighting for attention in the market place, you want your home to be the one they see.
