Many of you loved my vegan chickpea yogurt recipe! It was therefore natural that I offer you my oatmeal yogurt recipe. This yogurt is easy to make. The advantage of this homemade yogurt is that it contains probiotics. We like to add raw, unpasteurized honey (to add prebiotics) and sweeten it naturally and even dried fruits or vanilla or lemon, etc...according to your tastes! I added my sugar-free jam and a little maple syrup: happiness! To enhance the yogurt's fermentation, leave it at room temperature for 24 hours before storing it in the fridge. 1 ingredient minimum or more if you customize it and add probiotics (I don't count water as an ingredient). Good tasting !

Ingredients :
190 grams of oatmeal (gluten-free for me)
1 liter of water
OPTIONAL :
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 to 2 tablespoons of cider vinegar
