The Non-Canon Expert looks at the reason why Admiral Piett wasn't executed by Darth Vader for his failure in allowing the Millennium Falcon to escape to hyperspace from Bespin in The Empire Strikes Back, describing the long history between them and also Piett's own understanding of his survival, which would ultimately turn him into an Imperial Navy Legend instantly!
