Chinese Spicy Shrimp and Vegetable Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound of cleaned and shelled shrimp (I used 16/20 count)
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
*Mix, cover and marinate for 15 minutes

In wok or pan on medium high heat add oil to coat the sides and bottom, add shrimp.
Cook 1 minute on each side. Add minced garlic and ginger.
Cook and stir another 1-2 minutes or until shrimp is done. Do not overcook.
Remove from wok/pan and set to the side.

1 cup sliced onions
1 cup blanched green beans
1 to 1 1/2 cups sliced bell peppers
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. sliced/minced ginger
oil

Sauce:
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Hoison sauce
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. chinese cooking wine
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. chili garlic sauce
*Mix well

In wok or pan on medium high heat add oil, sliced onions and bell peppers.
Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes.
Add blanched green beans. Cook and stir for another minute.
Add shrimp and pour over sauce.
Cook and stir for one minute or until well combined.
Serve and enjoy.

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound cleaned shrimp
pinch of salt and white pepper
1 tsp. sesame oil
*Mix above ingredients and marinate for 15 minutes

1 small diced onion
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 pound broccoli florets - blanched for a couple minutes and placed
in cold water bath
oil

SAUCE:
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
2 tbsp. oyster sauce

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound shelled and cleaned shrimp (I used 16/20 count)
pinch of salt
pinch of white pepper
*Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes

Batter:
3 egg whites beaten until frothy and bubbly
1/3 cup cornstarch
*Mix well. Add shrimp and coat well.

Vegetable oil for frying.

Bring oil to 350 degrees Farenheit. Cook shrimp in two batches.
Place shrimp in oil. Cook for 3 minutes or until done and golden brown.
Remove and drain on paper towel or wire rack.

SAUCE:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
6 Tbsp. condensed sweeten milk
1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
2 Tbsp. honey
*Mix well.

WALNUTS:
1 cup halved and some broken walnuts
1 cup water
2/3 cup granulated sugar

In saucepan add water and sugar. Mix well and bring up to a simmer.
Add walnuts. Cook for 3 minutes.
Remove with slotted spoon and place on silicon mat. Let cool.

In large bowl add cooked shrimp, walnuts and pour over sauce. Mix until
thoroughly coated.
Serve immediately.
Enjoy.
