The final episode picks up with all the good guys gathered at Sept Tours – including Matthew's disapproving brother Baldwin – ready to set off to rescue Matthew. Benjamin has sent a video of Matthew, and Baldwin recognises the setting as an abandoned hospital where their father, Philippe, was tortured during World War II, possibly by Benjamin himself.
