And that's a wrap! 2023 was a year full of growth and learning! I'm ready to continue that growth into the new year! What kind of goals are you making for the new year?!

Biscuit Recipe:
2 cups self-rising flour
1 stick of butter (grated)
additional melted butter to brush the top of the biscuits before & after baking
1 cup of buttermilk
1-2 Tablespoons of honey

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450
Sift flour into bowl and add grated butter. Mix with a fork.
Pour in buttermilk and honey and use a spatula to fold in ingredients until a dough forms.
(add splashes of buttermilk if consistency needs adjusting)
Place dough on floured surface and pat down. Fold dough into itself, flatten and repeat a few times to create layers. Cut out biscuits using a mason jar lid or biscuit cutter and place in a greased dish. Brush with melted butter and bake for 10 minutes.
Brush with butter again and bake for another 3-5 minutes or as needed.
Remove from oven and top with honey butter 😋 Enjoy!
