There is no question to whether or not the law of attraction actually works. We have discovered that this is just how our brains operate. Throughout our entire lives, we are all told to set goals, but for some reason, we are never told why. So, we are forced to assume that our goals can only be achieved through hard work, and willful, conscious action, which seems exhausting, which is why we never seem to set these goals in the first place. But that’s just not the case. You see, the incredible thing about our minds is that when we set a meaningful goal, our subconscious will continue to work in the background, making connections and seeking out opportunities to achieve that goal. As we naturally engage in our normal daily lives, the part of the brain called the reticular activating system will alert us when we come upon an opportunity that will help us achieve our goal. And this will continue to happen until we have inevitably manifested our desire. Believe
Pretty cool right? But there’s more. Another fascinating thing we have discovered about the brain is that achieving meaningful goals is connected to the level of happiness in our lives. Every step we take towards achieving a meaningful goal, will provide us that wonderful sense of happiness and joy. Further, since our brains naturally seek out pleasure and avoid pain, our brain will develop a habit of accomplishing these goals that bring us happiness. So, when we set a meaningful goal, our mind becomes a powerful goal achieving force, a dream manifesting machine! This is why it all seems so effortless and easy. You are using the natural forces of nature to manifest what you want. When we set meaningful goals, we are literally setting ourselves up for happy, successful lives.
This seems pretty amazing! But there’s a problem.
When using the law of attraction, we have always been told to pick one thing at a time to manifest. Now, if achieving this one goal is the only way to feel happiness, what will happen to the other parts of our lives? For example, if we want to manifest a successful career, our incredible machine of a mind will find a way to accomplish it, providing us wonderful joy and happiness along the way. But, what will happen to our relationships, our family, our friends? If we don’t neglect them altogether, any time spent with them will feel like work, because there is no meaningful goal to provide happiness in those areas. This is how people become so consumed by work or some other obsession. The same natural forces that help us achieve our wildest dreams, are the same forces that can consume our lives. And when it’s all over, you’ll have to ask yourself if it was all worth it.
In my own life using the law of attraction, I have discovered this to be true. I would often find myself consumed by the things I am attempting to manifest. It becomes the only thing I think about, the only thing I get any enjoyment from. Although, I found that this has been at the expense of all the other areas in my life, as if I had to choose one area of life that is more important and sacrifice the rest. I wasn’t willing to accept this, so I decided to do something different. And it changed everything. I stopped feeling like I had to choose. This is why I created this meditation. This meditation is designed to not only allow you to manifest anything you want, but so much more than that. You will bring balance to your life, and create a life filled with happiness in all areas, and a level of fulfillment we were all meant to experience. First of all, I keep saying meaningful goals, because the goals we create must be meaningful to us. That is the first step. Create a meaningful goal. The next step is, instead of only choosing one thing, to create that necessary balance, we will be creating three meaningful goals, each in different areas in our lives. I suggest choosing a wealth/career goal, a meaningful goal within your relationships, (friends, family, partner) and something just for you, whether that’s self-improvement, health, well-being or a hobby or just doing something you enjoy.
As you create these meaningful goals as you listen to this mediation and fall asleep, you will deeply ingrain it into the subconscious mind, creating that powerful force of attraction, allowing you to manifest all that you ask for.
