So happy that we were the early bird that got this lovely GR Yaris, so glad that the car makers are opening up their garages for test drives, and equally happy that the country is opening up again.

We take the GR Yaris up our favorite road to check out its handling. Can a mere 1.6 litre 3-cylinder albeit turbocharged engine hack it? And it's a manual too. Would YS Khong be over-awed by the mechanicals?

It takes some getting used to, I suppose, but there is always a first time for everything.

Well, the TNGA platform certainly does wonders, great visibility, excellent handling, and the AWD system is something else. It is not often that we get a chance to buy a car with a manual transmission.
