USE A STAND-UP MIXER WITH PADDLE OR HAND MIXER
1 CUP (2 STICKS SOFTEN SALTED BUTTER) IF UNSALTED ADD 1 TSP OF SALT
MIX ON LOW FOR 3-4 MINS
4 CUPS OF POWDERED SUGAR AND SIFT IT
AFTER BUTTER IS ALL SMOOTH SLOWLY ADD A CUP AT A TIME TO MIXER ON
PEERIODICALLY SCRAP THE BOWL TO GET ANY OFF THE BOTTOM
BEAT FOR 5-6 MINS
THEN ADD 1 TSP OF VANILLA OR ANY EXTRACT FLAVOR YOU WANT
SLOWLY ADD 1 TBS OF MILK WHILE BEATING AND KEEP ADDING A LITTLE AT A TIME UNTIL
YOU GET A SMOOTH BUT FIRM CONSISTENCY THAT WHEN YOU HAVE IT ON A SPOON AND TURN THE SPOON UPSIDE DOWN IT STAYS.
IF YOU MAKE IT TO THIN JUST ADD MORE POWDERED SUGAR.
