This aircraft is a Mooney with a Porsche engine in it. I took this video on July 30th, 2021, at Deer Park Airport (KDEW). It did a couple laps around the pattern, then stopped at the apron and switched pilots, before doing a couple more laps. My guess is that it was being sold.
