Today we'll show you how to make the fall fig sour, a cocktail Dan found on Instagram by NotJustABartender. This cocktail has fig too, so that's neat!

The fall fig sour is a drink with just the right amount of fall flavors, a bit of a dry finish thanks to the use of egg white. This could probably best be described as a variation on a Boston (Whiskey) Sour with a bit of fig flavor. Great for a thanksgiving drink before dinner (or after!)

Fall Fig Sour
1 dollop of fig fruit spread
1/2 oz demerara syrup
3/4 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz Amaro Nonino (or Montenegro)
1 1/2 oz 100 proof rye whiskey
1 egg white
