Mellen Thomas Benedict died of terminal brain cancer in 1982 and survived to tell about it. While in hospice care Mellen died for at least an hour and a half before he returned to his body. He is one of the most studied near deathers in the world. Depack Chopra has called Mellen the encyclopedia of the afterlife in his book ‘life after death’.

In part one, Mellen journeyed through several realms of consciousness including hell consciousness. He realized hell is a state of consciousness, very real, and existing in both life and what we call death. Consciousness survives death, and the individual takes their issues, positive and negative, with them to the other side.

In this video Mellen journeys beyond the light at the end of the tunnel.
